Faro SEO·GEO Commercial License Agreement

1. What this agreement covers

This agreement governs the commercial use of Faro SEO·GEO (the code published at github.com/LeonardoIAConsult/faro-seo-geo) from the moment you buy a Solo or Agency license on the Faro pricing page. It does not replace the site's general Terms and Conditions; it adds to them and prevails over them where it's specific to your license (price, withdrawal and software warranties).

2. Relationship with PolyForm Noncommercial

Personal, learning, or evaluation use of Faro SEO·GEO is governed by the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, published together with the code in the repository. That license is free and exclusively for noncommercial use. The moment you pay for a Solo or Agency license, your use of the software is no longer covered by PolyForm Noncommercial — because it becomes a commercial use — and is instead covered by this Commercial License Agreement.

3. What each plan covers

The plans and their scope are the ones published on the Faro pricing page at the time of your purchase. Today they are:

Both plans give you access to the full audit engine and its updates while your license is active. If I ever change a plan's scope, the version in force is always the one published on the Faro pricing page; if you're unsure whether your use fits your plan, write to me before using it that way.

4. License delivery

Once your payment is confirmed (via PayPal or Mercado Pago), I send your license key to the email you used to buy it. If it doesn't arrive, write to me at contacto@leonardoantolinez.com before assuming it wasn't delivered.

5. Honor-system license

Faro SEO·GEO has no technical lock that checks your license online or blocks the software if you haven't paid: your key is proof that you bought the commercial right to use it, not an activation mechanism. I trust you to use it in good faith, within the plan you bought. If I find a use that doesn't match your plan (for example, a Solo plan used for several clients), I reserve the right to ask you to upgrade your license or to terminate it under section 7.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have five (5) business days from your purchase to request a full refund, with no explanation required. I refund 100% through the same payment method you used (PayPal or Mercado Pago) and your license is voided at that moment — you're no longer authorized for commercial use of the software. After those five business days, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that license. To request it, write to me at contacto@leonardoantolinez.com.

7. Limited warranties

Faro SEO·GEO is provided "as is", with no warranty that it's free of errors or that it runs without interruption. It's an audit tool: it shows you real data about your site and about search and AI engines, and points out what you could improve, but it does not guarantee a ranking or visibility result — neither on Google nor on ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity — because that depends on factors the software doesn't control (your content, your market, your competitors, changes in third-party algorithms, among others). This mirrors what section 4 of the site's Terms and Conditions already says for my other services. This limitation does not exclude any minimum legal warranty you are entitled to if Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 applies to your purchase, nor my liability for fraud or gross negligence.

8. Termination for breach

I may suspend or terminate your license if you breach this agreement (for example, a use outside your plan's scope that you don't regularize when asked), if your payment is reversed or declined, or if I detect fraudulent use. If I terminate your license for breach, you're no longer authorized for commercial use of the software from that point on; this does not entitle you to a refund if the five business days in section 6 have already passed.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Colombian courts for the place of the consumer relationship, without prejudice to your right to file a petition, complaint, or claim with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).

10. Provider identification

The provider of Faro SEO·GEO and of this agreement is LEONARDO ANTOLINEZ PINZÓN, identified with Colombian ID (C.C.) 88.216.608, with notification address at Cll 137 # 17 A 15 P 104, Bogotá, Colombia. Contact: contacto@leonardoantolinez.com — Tel. +57 310 884 5332.
